Liza has more than 30 years of experience in supply chain management. He has served as a Black Belt Master in Fortune 500 companies such as General Motors, Leica Microsystems, Delford, Dow Chemical and Baxter Medical, Director of Continuous Improvement in the Asia-Pacific Region, and Director of Supply Chain Project in the Asia-Pacific Region. He is responsible for supply chain management, ERP project implementation, Lean 6 Sigma training and project guidance, supply chain continuous improvement, digital supply chain management projects.
After receiving APICS instructor training in 2006, Liza began working as an APICS instructor. She is good at turning boring management education courses into easy-to-understand and interesting training through case analysis and game insertion. Her unique training style and strong affinity make her training courses popular among students. She has also obtained the APICS Special Lecturer qualification and is currently one of the seven APICS Special Lecturers in China. As a designated lecturer for very large companies such as BASF, JD, and Leo, Liza is also responsible for supply chain management training for global companies in countries such as Hong Kong, South Korea, and Malaysia.
In the process of leading supply chain process design, integration, SAP projects, continuous improvement and digital supply chain consultation, it has been recognized by many well-known companies every year for reducing costs and increasing efficiency, improving supply chain flexibility and digital management for different companies.
